Western Districts Angling Club – A Fun and Adventurous Fishing Club For All

Western Districts Angling Club was formed in 1938 by a group of enthusiastic anglers residing in the western suburbs of Adelaide, South Australia. Today our members come from all over the state. We are regarded as a family angling club with the aim of improving our angling skills, while putting the emphasis on having fun. We meet on the Second Tuesday of each month from 7:30 pm at the Western Youth Centre, 79 Marion Road, Cowandilla, South Australia. Club meetings are social get-togethers where we discuss previous and upcoming trips, share tips, tricks and experiences, and just talk fishing.

Our members competed in the state Rock and Beach Championships held in May. The competition boundary  went from Editburg to Point Turton and a good variety of fish were caught, despite the windy conditions.
